Steve is CWD certified and once again ready to process your deer. They DON'T need to be deboned, just field dressed/gutted. For those that are confused... deboned and bagged is large trimmed pieces bagged up, to take somewhere for summer sausage, snack sticks etc. to be made. The shoulder mount and processed is a full cape skinning for you to have a shoulder mount done at a taxidermist. You don't pay extra for a standard skinning...it is included in the process.
