We are a start-up food truck hoping to hit the street in September of 2016. Mindful Indulgence's main goal is to spread awareness and raise funds to help END Alzheimer's and other dementias. Along with being an advocate to END Alzheimer's, we are sharing our culinary creations that promote a brain healthy diet in hopes of diminishing the onset of these horrible diseases. We look forward to helping

people make brain healthy choices, by sharing our menu that is both MINDFUL and INDULGENT to the bettering of mental heath to teach people how we can do our best to keep Alzheimer’s/ Dementia at bay via our diets.
