These are Big Jim Peppers. They are milder than a jalapeno. They are good to 🔥 roast, cook with dishes such as chili relenos, or chop into stews and soups. Ours are green, but when Big Jim Peppers turn red. They get sweeter and hotter. You will find Big Jim Peppers on our self serve stand.

Have you tried the sourdough bread 🍞 from Koneta Farms? Holy moly this stuff is good! Stop by their self-serve market and get yourself some. But don't buy it all!

Tomorrow we will have the extra large ears of sweet corn 🌽 available. It will be bicolor. And it is really good!
