This week’s harvest of organic veggies includes:

Happy Mother’s Day from some of the moms and babes of the Lewis Farm pasture 🌿

From watchful mamas to wobbly little legs learning the ropes, spring’s been full of new life around here. We’re grateful for all the care, comfort, and hard work that motherhood brings — in the pasture and beyond.

The greenhouse doors are opening 🌱
For the first time ever, we’re opening up the Lewis Farm greenhouse for our plant sale starting this Saturday, May 9th.

Kick things off at our farm stand during Second Saturday in the Wardensville Garden Market courtyard from 10AM - 2PM, where we’ll have fresh organic produce, pasture-raised eggs, and a small preview of what’s growing this season.

This week’s harvest includes organic Curly Kale, Collard Greens, Hakurei Turnips, and Radishes. Pasture-raised eggs will also be available for a special Second Saturday price: $6.50 per dozen or 2 for $11 🥚

Then mosey down to the farm and wander the greenhouse for the full selection of vegetable, herb, and flower starts grown right here at Lewis Farm.

Whether you’re planting your first tomato of the season, filling raised beds, or just looking for a good excuse to spend the day in Wardensville, we’d love to see you 🌿

Lots of new faces out in the fields — and plenty of little ones finding their footing 🐑🌿

Our first lambing season on the farm has taught us a lot. Long days, close watch, and a whole lot of growth (for them and for us). Now they’re out on pasture, grazing, exploring, and sticking close by their moms.

It’s been a good season so far 💛
