Did you know that 1 cup of white sugar can be replaced with 1 cup of NH maple sugar? Also, you can replace one cup of white sugar by removing 1/4 cup of liquid from the recipe and adding 3/4 cup of NH maple syrup?

We were looking for an interesting birdhouse, and came across this sugar shack bird house at New To You Artisan Senter in Haverhill MA. After meeting the owner, we decided to partner to launch our maple syrup in her store! We are super excited as we continue to grow Sherman Acres.
