Sorry it's been a while, but this has been a busy year. We lost a hive due to the long winter and mites.

Today we got a new queen from Mickle Hollow Maple & Honey! Let's hope the hive thrives with her addition. Thank you to Dean of MHM&H for all of your mentorship, guidance, advice, and bees!!

We will be posting more pictures of our adventures with the apiary over the next week. Thank you all for your continued support!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who has liked this page! With winter weather coming in, posts are likely to be few and far between, but once spring comes it is ON! Hoping the bees do well through the winter, they are definitely making plenty of food for it!

The newest local apiary in Schoharie County, Hard Knock Honey. First harvest will be late summer 2018!

Pictures of the journey. The bees started out at Dal Bairn Farms on Fletcher Hill. Now the bees are residing in their winter home, at Hard Knock Honey in Warnerville.
