One of the things I love most about the seasons is that they’re always changing. The flowers evolve, the wines evolve, and each week brings something new to discover.

John at Warren General is creating a new seasonal bouquet each week, celebrating what is freshest and most beautiful in the garden. I’m delighted to pair those ever-changing blooms with wines that share the same sense of season, place, and character.

St-Germain Spritz
Delicate elderflower, bright citrus, and fresh garden notes. Top St-Germain with Adami Garbèl Prosecco and a splash of sparkling water over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist or cucumber slice.

Cinzano Aperitivo Spritz
Bright, bittersweet, and made for lingering before-dinner moments. Top with Adami Garbèl Prosecco and a splash of soda over ice. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.
