Stone Circle Farm

Stone Circle Farm Homemade jams & jellies, eggs, syrup, honey and veggies. stained glass, beeswax candles, and oddities. You can purchase items (eggs, jam, etc.) off the farm.

Our little homestead farm is dedicated to growing yummy healthy food for our family and others. We make most of our products from things grown or produced right on our little 2 1/2 acre plot in Warren. Anything we don't grow here that we may use (fruit for jam for example) is purchased through one of the areas wonderful local farms. We sell/produce eggs, jam, jelly, honey, beeswax candles, veggies

, fruit, pickles, relish, maple syrup, and more. Owners Amanda & Kris Kaler have kept our gardens free of pesticides and use only all natural fertilizers (mostly chicken poo & compost!) to grow our veggies and maintain our extensive flower gardens. Amanda is also an avid crafter and often has some really interesting one of a kind pieces for sale, including stained glass pieces, macrame, and oddities.

New raised beds going in the main garden this fall! Should make planting and weeding next year much easier!

25 years ago, Kristin Varnum was hired on as one of MFT’s very first staff members. “LouAnna [MFT’s Founding Executive Director] and I used to share dial-up access to the internet on one computer. It’s hard to imagine now!” laughs Kristin.

Kristin has been instrumental in helping grow the organization and in shaping the work we do today. In the last 15+ years, Kristin has served as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, as well as our Interim President & CEO, and her leadership and institutional knowledge have helped us navigate through organizational transitions, the pandemic, the PFAS crisis, and more. “Through it all, what’s been most rewarding is seeing how MFT has remained farmer-centered, evolving in response to their needs while staying true to our mission,” reflects Kristin. “The work is never done, but looking back, it’s inspiring to see how far we’ve come.”

Kristin, congratulations on your 25 year anniversary, and thank you so much for all that you’ve done to help MFT grow into the dynamic, responsive organization we are today. Our work wouldn’t be the same without you. Cheers to you!
