As the seasons change, our hours at Rock Solid Nutrition are changing a little too. 💚
For this season of life, motherhood and homeschooling my two youngest children need to take priority on Wednesdays, so Rock Solid will be CLOSED WEDNESDAYS through the end of November. ❤️

I have a full staff for the weekends, which means we will be OPEN BOTH SATURDAY & SUNDAY EVERY WEEK! 🎉

I’m hopeful we can increase our hours again soon!
