Today we’re celebrating the wonderful Ella Otterstetter! 💛

Ella’s favorite tea is the Coco Berry 🥥🍓 — her very own creation and trust us… it is SOOO good! 😍 Her favorite shake is the delicious Blueberry Muffin 🫐🧁

This year, Ella has been the main caregiver for the IronWheel Fitness Kids Gym and has also stepped in behind the bar at Rock Solid whenever needed. Her willingness to help wherever she’s needed has meant so much, and we are incredibly grateful for her! 💕💪

This fall, Ella will be attending North Dakota State University to pursue a degree in Nursing 🩺✨

Addison’s go-to is the refreshing **Berry Cooler tea** 🍓🫐 — One of the coolest parts of working at Rock Solid Nutrition is getting creative and coming up with new Tea and Shake flavors. The Berry Cooler is one of her creations. Packed with 15g of protein *plus* a caffeine boost, it’s the perfect pick-me-up!

Addison's favorite shake is the **Post-Workout Double-Stuffed Oreo** 😍💪

Addison has been working at Rock Solid since August 2024, when her parents took over ownership. She is one of our main weekday workers. This fall, Addison is heading to Minnesota North College in Ely to study Fisheries & Wildlife Management🐟🌲 — we can’t wait to see all the amazing things she does!

To honor them, our **May Menu – Senior Salute** is filled with their favorite teas + shakes. 🙌 Some oldies but goodies and a couple NEW - Berry Cooler (loaded with 15g Protein) and Coco-Berry (Pomegranate, Raspberry, Coconut).

Stop in, try them all, and help us wish these seniors the BEST as they head into their next adventure 💫 We will be highlighting each Senior throughout the month.
