New Menu at Checker Tavern! Featuring one NEW beer and two returning favorites!

*James Best Pilsner - 3.8% light lager, brewed with Pilsner malt and corn.

*By the Book West Coast IPA - 6%, brewed featuring traditional "C" hops; Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Columbus.

*B2: Spirit of Hawaii - 6%, rich brown ale with coconut and vanilla added.

And we can't forget Dives and Lazarus, our delicious, malty English Pub Ale. You HAVE to try it!

Grab one while it lasts. And we’re planning a tap takeover event for December. Stay tuned for that!

ATTENTION! We have our first tap spot outside of Warrensburg! You can grab a glass of our delicious Dives & Lazarus ESB at International Taphouse (iTap) in Lee’s Summit!

Hopefully if it goes fast enough, and the people ask for it, they’ll continue to have us back. iTap rotates beers quickly, so grab one while you can. And be on the lookout for new locations coming soon. Cheers! 🍻

🚨New beer on tap today at Checker Tavern! 🚨

Rerouting IPA is my latest creation, featuring several hops, including Citra, Comet, El Dorado, and two new ones: Belma and Galena.

The name is of course a reference to the plethora of road closures around town. So “reroute” yourself on down and have a cold beer! Culton Street is open!

Today is the day! Love to bike and enjoy craft beer? This is for you. Grab your helmet and meet at Checker prior to the start at 3:00. Gonna be a beautiful day!

Mule Barn Brewing, in collaboration with Lost Art Taproom, Checker Tavern and Drews Bike Shop in K**b Noster, present a beer and bikes event! The pint to pint ride is this Saturday! Cyclists can begin at either Checker Tavern or Lost Art, and ride the Spirit Trail (along DD) to the other. There will be a mobile bar set up halfway through the course. Enjoy a cool draft beer before, DURING, and after your ride. Contact Drew’s Bike Shop to register.
