🔥🥩 Come along for a full beef tenderloin cook on the Weber Performer! 🥩🔥

First, trim that tenderloin down and make it look pretty! ✂️ Then season it generously with your favorite Wagdog Spices and get ready to create some backyard magic. 🐾🔥

We start with lump charcoal for that incredible flavor and heat. Pour it into the kettle and let it burn uncovered for about 10 minutes to get the coals going strong. 🔥 Then put the lid on and let the kettle heat up for another 10 minutes until it’s settled in around 300°F. 🌡️

Once the grill is ready, place the tenderloin on the indirect side and cook low and steady until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F. ⏳🥩

Now it’s time to bring the heat! Remove the tenderloin, push the coals together, and get a roaring sear zone going. 🔥🔥 Sear for 1 minute per side to develop that beautiful crust.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing into that juicy, tender perfection. 🔪✨

✅ Ground beef

Mix it all together, form your patties, and let the smoker do the work!

🔥🥓 Smoked Sausage Bacon Bombs! 🥓🔥

These pigshots are loaded with flavor! 🤤 We wrapped smoked sausage in crispy bacon, stuffed them with a little cream cheese, and hit them with a generous shake of Wagdog Spices Ulti-Mutt! 🐾🌶️

Smoke them at 300° on a Pit Boss smoker for 30 minutes, or until the bacon is perfectly crisp, then take them to the next level with a drizzle of Running Code BBQ Sauce when they come off the smoker! 🍖🔥

Fair warning: these are so delicious, you won’t be able to eat just one! 😎🐶

✅ Iceberg lettuce
✅ Juice of 1 lemon (or ½ lemon if you prefer less tang)
✅ 3 cloves of garlic, finely shredded
✅ Olive oil to taste
✅ A splash of white vinegar
✅ Provolone cheese, diced or shredded
✅ Diced ham
