Applejack brandy has been traditionally made in the Eastern United States, specifically the Hudson Valley in New York for over 200 years. 🍎

This cheese is our creamiest cow’s milk triple crème. Floral apple notes bring out the natural grassy flavors of our Jersey cow milk, while the creaminess developed in our aging process is accentuated by the alcohol in the brandy.🐄
