This beauty features Oscar’s Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage with Garlic, Parsley, and Cheese, Pepper Jack Cheese, a roll packed with peppers and onions, and the superstar of the whole operation, a More Than Mustard Aioli that deserves its own applause. 👏🤤

It’s bold, cheesy, saucy, and built like it just cruised down the Northway with the windows down and no plans of slowing down. 🌭🧀🔥

Good morning and Happy Monday! ☀️🎉

It’s a brand new week, and we’re still smiling from our 80th Anniversary Celebration this past Saturday! We could not have asked for better weather, better company, or a better way to celebrate 80 years of Oscar’s Smokehouse. 🥓

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, congratulated us, grabbed some burgers and hot dogs, enjoyed the giveaways, and helped make the day so special. We appreciate you more than you know! 🍔🌭

For everyone asking, yes, we still have 80th Anniversary shirts and stickers available for sale! We will also be putting them on the website in September when we resume shipping. 👕✨

ICYMI: Today, tomorrow, and Wednesday are the final days to place a shipping order for the summer. After this Wednesday, we are officially done shipping for the season until September! 📦☀️

And wow… it absolutely delivered for our 80th Anniversary Celebration! 🎉✨ This beautiful cake is truly a work of art and the perfect centerpiece for such a special milestone. ❤️

It all started with a message from Chris, who appeared on America’s Greatest Baking Show 🍰🏆, and what he created for us exceeded every expectation. The detail, the craftsmanship, and the love that went into this cake are simply incredible!

You see it every time you drive up to Oscar’s on the left hand side, but what exactly is it? 👀🔥

That beauty is one of our original smokers from the old Oscar’s Smokehouse building. It was saved from the fire on Labor Day weekend back in 2009, and it still stands here today as a piece of our history, our story, and our smoke filled soul.

As we celebrate 80 years of Oscar’s Smokehouse, this smoker is a perfect reminder of where we started, what we’ve been through, and how much this place means to so many families, customers, and generations of bacon lovers. 🥓

Our 80th Anniversary Celebration is happening today from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM right here at 22 Raymond Lane! We’ll have WCKM here, giveaways, special 80th Anniversary items, burgers and hot dogs on the grill, and plenty of Oscar’s history to soak in.
