If not, head on over to WeigandRanch.com or text us to make sure. We have a specific number of critters for the year and the beef will be ready in batches between June-September.

2026 pricing is $4.00/lb Hanging Weight.
Our HALF beef’s hanging weights average between 400-450 #.
Your specific total will be given after your beef gets delivered to the butcher.

We will haul your Half or Whole beef to Hetherington Meat Processing, you will call them with your custom cut sheet, then you will pay them for the butchering once you pick it up.
Estimate around $1.00/lb hanging weight for the processing cost.

Our 1/2 Beef’s usually get you around 240-270 # of frozen packed product (more or less depending on what you do with it) making the AVERAGE price per pound of beef $8.30 and that’s filet & ribeye to ground beef!

**We do not offer 1/4 Beef, you can find someone to split your half if you would like, but we will let you handle that.**

Progress is happening 😍
Today was one of those days when a bunch of things we had in the works game decided to come due.
•New Bunks were delivered
•Custom shelving for the new walk-in were partially installed
•Concrete crew showed up to prep for a Friday pour which meant plumbing (and accidental electrical) needed to be installed.

This is a working ranch where we breed and raise cattle and then grow them all the way to finish. Not to mention growing all the feed for them to grow.

The bulk & retail beef is the tail end where we get to share our passion with you! We hope y’all can appreciate the work that goes into each piece of beef you eat 🤠
