So upset. We just had chicks shipped in and a snake ate 10 out of 16 and killed mom - one of my favorite hens. First time I’ve ever let chicks sit outside with a broody hen in an outdoor enclosure and first snake we’ve seen in 3yrs of owning chickens. I thought I had thought of every possibility.

Needless to say, it was personal. So let’s make something out of him.

We’ll, getting out of our Silver Fox rabbits. Anyone interested in buns? They get to 10-12lbs, so not really a pet bred ...

Reason 763 to have dogs on your farm:

I have NEVER seen a rat this big. Reba was quite proud of herself and I was shocked but very grateful. At this size, they could easily maul a sleeping chicken enough to kill it. The neighbors 20 cats wouldn’t have helped and seem to not help at all as we still get mice.

The pups got many a treats.

I’ve been waiting 3years for this egg. We will narrow down who lays them and hatch these babies!!!!
