What specials is everyone feeling for our first full week! Chefs mind has been consumed with hiring, and the paper workend she hasn't thought out daily specials just yet but wanna hear what the community is asking for while she puts the daily specials together?! It could be anything FYI!

Smoked meats should start next week unfortunately. Smoker has to get installed and set up. Chef can't wait to do those!

Hiring

Front of house, dishwasher, and 2 helpers in the back!

Also a in house baby sitter, for those of you who don't know we have 10 kiddos- 2 under 2. It's important for me to keep them close. Half of the break room is slowly being worked on to make them a space they love hanging out in but I need a person to make it fun. Once trust is formed we will discuss future setting for the babes!

I am the Chef, the owner, the kitchen staff, and so many other hats so I have not had time to print applications but we will be doing open interviews all next week Tuesday- Fri preferably before we open. So interview window would be 8 a.m. to 10 if you can't make that time. Mondays anytime after 5 pm we can interview. Reach out and we'll get you scheduled in.
