So many new varieties are starting to bloom, and every trip through the field feels like opening presents 😂

Best surprise at the market today 🥹❤️

My sweet angel came to visit Mama, and naturally made a beeline for Arno’s macarons 😂 She LOVES them, and judging by that face, I think she was pretty pleased with her market haul.

Flowers for Mama, macarons for Charlotte. Everybody wins. 🌸

What an absolute icon. 💗

Dolly Parton showed generations of women that you could be kind, feminine, funny, generous, completely yourself AND one hell of a businesswoman.

She built an empire without ever losing sight of where she came from and used her success to do so much good along the way.

I’m especially grateful for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. So many of Charlotte’s favorite books have arrived in our mailbox because of Dolly ❤️❤️❤️

August on a flower farm means harvesting summer flowers and thinking about SPRING 😂🌸

I got about 1/4 of the field tarped to prepare for fall planting! Soon these beds will be filled with flowers that will overwinter for early spring blooms.

I’m bringing back some favorites, plus trying poppies, campanula, larkspur, ranunculus AND tulips for the first time!!!

And I even did more w**ding 😂 so the zinnias can breathe again!!

Nothing like a little w**d whacking to find out what you actually planted 😂🌸

The w**ds may be winning, but there are a LOT of beautiful flowers hiding in there!! I fought my way through the field and came out with a truck absolutely stuffed with buckets.
