I've been soaking up every second with my girls this week so things have been a little quiet over here, but I've had lots of time to reminisce on my days at The Warrenville Mercantile so far, and wow, its been wonderful 🥹

Grand Opening was filled with nerves, excitement and of course, a whole lot of sourdough. When I first started this bakery I don’t think I could have imagined that a couple of years down the road I would be participating in a ribbon cutting with the mayor, but here we are! Being a part of something like The Warrenville Mercantile, where local small businesses are supported and encouraged to thrive, is definitely a milestone for me and has been such a great experience!
Fast forward to last Friday, and I started my day with a line way out of the door, and ended up selling out in an hour! I was blown away by how many of you came out and were excited to shop my little storefront. Whether you were one of my weekly regulars or someone who had just recently stumbled upon my bakery, getting the chance to meet you, chat with you and bake for you has made me so incredibly happy, and I am so grateful for your support 🍞💕
I will be back at the Mercantile on Friday, November 13th, but until then you can get your sourdough fix every week on Thursdays via porch pick-up! Just click the link below to check out the menu, and if you subscribe to text updates you'll be the first to know when my pre-orders open every week! Orders are open now for pick-up next Thursday and they will stay open until Sunday at midnight! Stock is running low on some items, so if you have your heart on something I'd grab it before its gone 🛒🏃‍♀️

Tomorrow is Mercantile day, so here is a sneak peek at two new items I'll be bringing to The Warrenville Mercantile tomorrow!

✨️ Rosemary Parmesan Sourdough - fragrant rosemary and savory aged parmesan blend seamlessly in this artisan sourdough loaf. Its perfect all on its own, but pair it your favorite soup and a pat of butter and its out of this world 🤤

✨️ Mini Cherry Almond Scones - this brand new scone flavor is topped with a layer of homemade frangipane and studded with sweet dark cherries. They pair beautifully with your morning coffee or tea, or enjoy one with a nice glass of w**e as you wind down for the day.

I will also be bringing back a fall favorite from last year, my Harvest Fruit & Nut Sourdough! Its loaded with cranberries, golden raisins, apricots and toasted walnuts and is a great hearty bread that feels right at home with the fall weather we've been having.

That's definitely not all I'm bringing, so make sure you stop by The Warrenville Mercantile tomorrow, October 2nd from 3p-7p to grab your freshly baked sourdough goodies!

Its almost here!!
The Warrenville Mercantile is having its Grand Opening tomorrow from 3p-7p!
Tomorrow is also the ONLY day I will be there this weekend, so if you're hoping to grab your faves you can find me in shop #5 with freshly baked sourdough breads and treats!

After watching it come together for the last couple of years, I am so excited to be a flex vendor at the Mercantile throughout its inaugural season 💕

I can't wait to see you there!
