Found this old post

1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup To Great Salsa
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
8 oz Velveta cheese

Brown meat
Boil macaroni until done
Mix meat, noodle, salsa, chili powder and cheese
Cover and simmer until cheese is completely melted mix and top with crushed tortilla chips, and serve
