Well 2026 sap season is a wrap on March 10th this year. Been a strange and very short season. Was pretty good Maple run at 1199 gallons, but the walnut run was only half of last year at 148 gallons collected.
We have plenty of fresh maple syrup available for purchase but walnut is limited supply, so get it while supplies last.

Doing the last 140 gallon boil of the season I believe. Temps are going to be to warm. Been a quick but good year.

Ok ladies and gentlemen, the big boil of the year is done for me after 21 hours straight through. All your syrup needs are back in stock if you need anything. It was a pretty good yield, 852oz of Maple and 256oz of Black Walnut. I have all sizes available.
