There is a lot of uncertainty right now regarding the beef situation and what’s actually in your grocery store meat. I have 10 head going to Nadler’s on September 22nd. First come first served. It’s $5.50/lb hanging weight, processing included. You customize your order. Quarters generally run around 200-230 lbs, give or take. Please PM to place your order before they’re spoken for!
