The goats have finished up phase 1 of the job they are on right now in less than 2 weeks! Just a small amount of human help and that bank will be completely cleared!

Last picture is the next phase of the job we started today!

Our goats were recently enlisted to help at Wartburg Central High School with a creek line that’s steep and hard to manage. We’ve partnered with the agriscience class to learn about land and invasive species management with eco-friendly animals. Here’s the progress one week in, and we think within another week they will be ready to move on! The first 2 pictures are the day they showed up and the last are today! Goats are awesome animals that can completely transform your landscape in a short amount of time!

Baby goats on the ground for the first time in a while for us. Tell us which one you like the best! Zion and Esther have sure enjoyed having them around. I hope they have a lot of fun on our little farm over the next few years!

What a wild 36 hours with goats. We unfortunately lost a brand new baby goat to the weather thursday night, but since then we’ve had 3 more goats kid with twins all since lunch time yesterday. One of the new goats wasn’t even bred on our farm, but she decided to join the party! I’m thankful we are a little warmer now than we were this time yesterday morning! We will share some pictures in the coming days
