Apple Dave's Orchards Family apple picking in New York's Hudson Valley. Apple Dave's Orchards offers apple and pumpkin picking, and live music on the weekends for family audiences.

We also operate Apple Dave’s Distillery and produce an 1840’s-style frozen AppleJack, popular in the American colonial era. Crafted on the farmer’s tradition of ‘freeze distilling’ - no still is required. Local craft beer, hard cider and cocktails are also available. Set in a cozy red barn with stunning lake and mountain views from our deck, patio, and lawn, the distillery exudes an eclectic yet r

ustic vibe that complements the sweeping vistas. The distillery is open year-round Saturdays and Sundays 11 am -5 pm.

It was a crazy weekend for these two. Lady Baa-Baa (the baby sheep who has now been named) had an adventure with one of her flock. We are so grateful to have her home, tho saddened both did not return. We will be posting more of her journey!
