One advantage, we never really thought of when we bought this property was that our drive way is an old railroad. This is a 70ft. Long semi truck trailer delivering Next Level dog good to the farm by the pallet! We are incredibly grateful we only had to carry the 1800+ pounds of dog food a short uphill distance to the workshop. 🥳
