We grow a variety of microgreens including green and purple radishes, sunflowers, and peas.

Look for them year-round at restaurants and stores throughout the Chequamegon Bay region. Microgreens grown responsibly using only organic soil and organic seeds.

Second to last delivery day ever for us. Sunny. Spring Pea. Super Greens. Spicy. These have been our mainstays almost our entire time. We’ve delivered countless amounts of these mixes and always with a hand written invoice.

We are both sad and excited to announce that we, Brigid and Jake, are moving on from Superior Greens. It is not a financial decision, we have received nothing but constant support from our community, but simply a personal choice to focus ourselves entirely on Regenerative Ruminants. Trying to run both simultaneously has been fun and tiring but we are looking forward to pouring ourselves entirely in to one venture.

If there is anyone out there who would be interested in taking over Superior Greens we would happily coordinate a transition. Letting microgreens go has not been an easy choice as it was our introduction into the Chequamegon Bay agricultural scene and we have developed so many wonderful relationships along the way.

We have farm fresh eggs available, $5 a dozen. Amongst our many farming pursuits we also raise chickens and ducks. They are spoiled with organic feed, frequent microgreens scraps, and a large garden to scratch up and forage in. Every dozen we sell includes 2 duck eggs as well.

We are hoping to find a handful of regular customers who would like to get a dozen or so eggs a week. Let us know if you’d like to become a regular or are just interested in picking up a dozen.

Thanks to Brandon Biggs for this awesome picture of his grow kits he grew all the way out in California! Hearing about people enjoying the greens really is the single best part of growing them. If anyone else has feedback about their grow kits that they’ve planted, let us have it. Good, bad, or otherwise all reviews are welcome.

We just recently passed the three year anniversary for Superior Greens!! We really wanted to give a big thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way.

We can't believe we have been growing and delivering microgreens weekly for over 3 years now. During that time we have experimented with CSAs, direct to door delivery, grow your own kits, different microgreens mixes, living greens, and been a regular part of 3 farmers markets. Thanks to everyone's support we have been able to grow our little farm outside of Washburn and we are so excited for what the future will bring. Grazing season is right around the corner for us at Regenerative Ruminants!

We wanted to give an extra little shoutout to all the restaurants and grocery stores who have been our regulars during this time. They have been instrumental to our success and we want everyone to know the best places to get amazing food in the Chequamegon Bay area.

Woah, tiny sunflowers!

You might not be able to tell from the picture but these are about half the size of our usual sunflower greens.

During these covid times sourcing mocrogreen seeds has been difficult. Especially since we only use 100% organic seeds. This batch of sunflowers came from a new company and it has given us these little delectable treats. They’ll be harvested tomorrow and out for delivery on Thursday. Look for them everywhere you normally get your Superior Greens!
