This is the tornado that ripped through our farm today. My husband took cover and both he our cabin were spared. Thank God. Unfortunately rest of property has extensive damage. We are shocked and devastated.

Hello everyone…I’m very sad to announce that Snag Creek Farms was hit by a tornado today. I was in Yorkville selling chickens when I received the call from my husband. He’s okay and our cabin is still standing thank the lord up above! Unfortunately our 145 acre property took a major hit. Our beautiful coops that we built are no longer. Fences down. We lost birds but thankfully our cattle and sheep were spared. They were on the loose but finally got them in a safe place. The tree damage is so extensive. We are in shock and overwhelmed right now. With that said I’ll be holding off on selling chickens right now. Eggs will continue to be sold at the yorkville location until sold out. These pics don’t even begin to paint the picture. My husband did capture the tornado on video come straight for our farm with lots of F bombs. It’ll be in separate post.

I’ve got 9 whole chickens for sale at my Yorkville location pick up today only before 3pm! Range in weight 3.4-4.10lbs....
