Hot Rod Magazine Dragweek day 4 in the books. Cecil County Drag-O-Way was packed with lots of fans who got a good show, and its always good to see parents and kids/grandkids sharing in the car culture. Drive back to MIR went down the eastern side of the Chesapeake and crossed the bay bridge (which traffic was smooth) . Got to stop in and see Kendra's new place, and it's weird visiting your children after they move out. Back at MIR, tomorrow is the final day.

On Patriot Day, we remember and express our gratitude to the first responders who put their lives on the line on September 11, 2001, and we honor the memories of the nearly 3,000 victims who lost their lives.

We're not at the end of the graduation tunnel, but we can see light. Thank you to all who have been a part of Derek and Daphne's graduation the past few days. From the congratulations, cards, hand shakes, hugs, conversations, prayers, and kicks in the butt, it has truly been a group effort.

This morning is the Turkey Hill Country Classic. There are multiple road closures this morning to ensure the safety of all participants. Please listen to the directions given by our fire police officers.

-Blue Rock Road between Gamber Road and River Road
-Rover Road between Blue Rock Road and the Entrance to the Enola Low Grade Trail
-Anchor Road between River Road and Prospect Road
Prospect Road between Anchor Road and Blue Rockl Road.
-Gamber Road between Hostetter Road and Blue Rock Road

First test and tune session of the year to try out the new torque converter. Started with a 13.90 at 97mph and started wittling from there. After squirter, jet, and timing changes we ended up at 13.22 and 105mph which is a personal best. I stopped because my laptop died.

Yeah, didn't see this one coming for a to do item on Christmas Eve... Replacing a 275' well pump. Thanks to John, Ryan, Thatcher, and Wes for the help.
