This lovely soup pairs beautifully with Sancerre or California Sauvignon Blanc!

My Winter Minestrone is filled with lots of vegetables, pasta, white beans, and spinach. So delicious - and good for you, too!! I serve it in big shallow bowls with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and garlic bruschetta. Yum!

Last night's line-up and pairing were amazing! And hanging with the ship's Somm was beyond cool! We totally geeked out over wine and wine studies!
