Meet Sagrestan Dry Vermut — and yes, it’s as interesting as that owl on the label suggests.

This isn’t your average dry vermouth sitting in the back of someone’s liquor cabinet. Sagrestan is a handcrafted Italian-style vermut inspired by a recipe dating back to the 1940s, made by Federico and his family using hand-picked botanicals — wormwood, rosewood, cinnamon, citrus peel, alpine herbs — macerated the old way, no shortcuts.
