Smoked salmon!
I hate seafood with every fiber of my soul, but I enjoy cooking it cause of the challenge of the unknown.
I did a 6 hour brine with a bunch of random stuff from my pantry including soy sauce, hot sauce and garlic. After the brine I did a heavy dose of salt and pepper then it went over lump charcoal and pecan wood for about 30ish minutes.
