Gumbo collard greens hitting different this summer 🌿🔥 The perfect side or main for whatever you got on the grill. Save this one.

Ingredients
Protein
2 smoked turkey wings
1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
1½ lbs chicken thighs, diced
Greens
3 large bunches collard greens, washed, stems removed, and chopped
Trinity
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
Roux
1 cup avocado oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
Seasonings
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp Morton Nature’s Seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp buttery garlic & herb seasoning
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Liquid
10-12 cups chicken broth

Nothing beats a perfectly cooked tomahawk steak. I kept it simple with a good sear, and a garlic herb butter finish. I paired it with a loaded baked potato for a steakhouse-quality meal right at home. What’s your favorite side with a good steak? Costco

Tomahawk Steak with Garlic & Herb Loaded Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
• 1 tomahawk ribeye steak (2½–3 lbs)
• Avocado oil
• Kinders The Blend Seasoning
• 4 large russet potatoes
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 garlic cloves, grated
• 1 tsp Kinders Garlic & Herb Seasoning
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup bacon crumbles
• Fresh chives

Directions
• Combine butter, garlic, Kinders Garlic & Herb Seasoning, and chives to make the compound butter.
• Season potatoes with avocado oil and Kinders The Blend, then grill until fork tender.
• Season the tomahawk generously with Kinders The Blend and cook using indirect heat before searing to finish.
• Top the steak with compound butter and rest before slicing.
• Load potatoes with butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon crumbles, chives, and additional Kinders Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
• Serve and enjoy.
