Ingredients are simple:
1 cup Dried figs
1 cup Water
½ cup Walnuts
Puff pastry dough
2 tsp Cardamom

4 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
1 lb Frozen strawberries
1 tbsp lemon/lemon juice
4 tbsp Sugar

Water
Spray oil
Powdered sugar
Crushed pistachios
Pomegranate kernels
Edible flowers

POV: I took a cupcake decorating class at Georgetown Cupcake and now I think I’m a professional baker 🧁✨

We learned their signature frosting swirl, piping techniques, and all the little details that make their cupcakes so perfect. Honestly this was one of the cutest and most fun experiences ever.

10/10 would do again… even if my first cupcake looked slightly chaotic 😂
