Chicken stew with the fresh habanero hot sauce

Hot Habanero sauce and hot oil 🌶️

Ingredients
A pack of habanero
A cup of oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup tomatoes sauce

*******

1. Blend the habaneros to a smooth paste and add 1/2 cup of tomato blended or canned tomatoe sauce.
2. Pour mixture into a pan and cook on slow medium heat.
3. Cook for 30-49 minutes until all water evaporates and the mixture is thick.
4. Add 1/2 cup oils to cook the mixture .
5. Cook until mixture coagulates, for about 20-30 minutes
6. When ready cool and bottle your hot sauce/ hot oil sauce .

Chicken Curry ~
One of the best curries I’ve ever eaten , hands 🙌 down. I don’t mean to gloat, but then again the curry blew me over. Let’s get into it. 😋
Ingredients
Chicken filet tenders
Rookie mchuzi spice mix
Hot chili pepper
Pepper to taste
Garlic
Cilantro 🌿
Onions
Green chili’s
1/4 cup light/heavy cream
Sauté the onions, then add the green Chili’s . Add in the ginger and garlic. Sauté lightly, add some Cilantro. After a few minutes, remove and blend and keep aside.
Chicken for BEST results, spice with Roiko, hot red chili, Garam masala and keep overnight/two nights .
Lightly sauté the chicken on each side, making sure not to over cook and turn on either side, till we’ll cooked and keep aside.
Finally with the cooked curry base ready, pour some light oil in a pan and cook the curry with the oil for a few minutes. Pour in the sautéed chicken cubes. Let simmer for a few minutes and ready to serve. Steam the rice with ajwain seeds. I totally adore these seeds they give me flavor and life if used discretionary and give a punch.
Needles to say the curry is delicious. Mild with a punch and kick on the chicken cubes for a mild 🔥 explosion of taste. Yummy 😋….

Chicken Tandoori ~
Chicken leg, marinated in Tandoori spice , yogurt, ginger and garlic . The spiced Chicken is speed baked and broiled for extra flavor. Potatoes are par boiled, spiced with Oregano, salt and melted butter. The potatoes are then broiled to fully cook in the oven.

Uji ya wimbi ~ Millet porridge.
Porridge 🥣 made out of fine ground millet seeds.
Great for breakfast, or evening drink , served hot.
Sugar or honey is added to taste. A squeeze of lemon 🍋 for a zing .
