"The nose hit me right away with caramelized brown sugar, vanilla bean, a bit of a honeyed cereal note- kind of reminds me of honey bunches of oats, some darker red fruits, with a slight waxiness, some light citrus, and toasted oak.
The palate is velvety, with a medium viscosity, giving me toffee, a toasted pecan- leaning toward praline, rich dark caramel, hints of fudge toward the finish, charred oak, and a kiss of cinnamon.
The finish is long and warm, with a nice coco that fades into cinnamon, toasted oak, and a lingering sweet to***co"
