Good morning/good afternoon. I was wondering if you could tell me more about your virtual cooking classes?
Hey Adam, have you ever cooked an Aussie rib fillet burger? or a works steak sandwich? With caramalised onions, fried pineapple and a fried egg with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, cucumber, pickled beetroot and BBQ sauce?

I went to Sams to get my Australia Lamb. They did not have it so I went on line and found out that they had it at Costco. I will show you the store picture. They cost about $16. I had decided to do a recipe from Pinterest which was called easy lamb chops . I do cook lamb but not often because of the price. I washed them and made my marinaded which consisted of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, rosemary leaves, thyme leaves, and cayenne pepper. I marinaded them over night then let them stay at room temperature for 20 min. Using the broiler I put them in a oven proof skillet and put them beneath the broiler for 7 min. On each side. Using my thermometer it registered 145 degrees. I cooked some Green Beans with onion and stuffing with onions and green peppers. I will show you the finished plate. It looked so good I ate right then and there. Even though I enjoyed this recipe because I do enjoy lamb I will try another recipe that I found for the Australia Lamb. I w given a stipend for trying the Australia Lamb.

This was great. The dinner was 5 stars. I used the recipe beer and mustard. I also let it sit in the oven with the marinade after cooking for 5 min. It made it really juicy
Today I'm making Pho using leg of lamb. Right now, and it's got about 5 more hours to simmer, it smells divine!
