It was my passion since the age of 6 and therefore, I pursued it through college. Throughout my career I have never
lost that passion; I found the best way to apply it is as a freelance personal chef. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management, I am ServSafe (food safety certification) Certified and have over 10 years of real life restaurant, hotel, country club and catering experience.
