Located in the Little Ethiopia section of Washington, DC, and surrounded by the historical Shaw/U Street neighborhood, the cooking classes are showcased in the traditionally designed and appropriately named Little Ethiopia Restaurant. So many people are discovering the uniqueness of cooking Ethiopian food and that is why Tutu Belay, the owner/chef of the restaurant thought it would be a good idea

to provide classes to those who are interested in doing it themselves. Tutu with her husband Yehunie Belay has also been publishing the Ethiopian Yellow Pages for the last 17 years. Artist Yehunie Belay, an accomplished traditional singer of Ethiopia has been actively involved at designing websites for the Ethiopian Yellow Pages, Little Ethiopian Restaurant in addition to creating other materials for the restaurant. All the ingredients are imported from Ethiopia and available at the restaurant, so it will take no time for you to prepare some of the tastiest vegetable and meat dishes that you or your family and friends ever enjoyed. May 11, 1981: Bob Marley died at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Miami. He was 36.

The spread of melanoma to his lungs and brain caused his death. His final words to his son Ziggy were "Money can't buy life".

After fighting Cancer without success for 8 months, Bob Marley boarded a plane for his home in Jamaica. While flying home from Germany to Jamaica, Marley's vital functions worsened. After landing in Miami, Florida, he was taken to the hospital for immediate medical attention.

Robert Nesta Marley, OM was a Jamaican singer, songwriter and musician. He's considered one of the pioneers of reggae, his musical career was marked by fusing elements of reggae, ska, and rocksteady, as well as his distinctive vocal and songwriting style.

Marley's contributions to music increased the visibility of Jamaican music worldwide and made him a global figure in popular culture for over a decade.

Over the course of his career Marley became known as a Rastafari icon and he infused his music with a sense of spirituality.

He is also a global symbol of Jamaican music and culture and identity and was controversial in his outspoken support for the legalization of ma*****na, while he also advocated for Pan-Africanism.
