Ama's Catering Experience (ACE) is owned and operated by Ama, a formally trained chef with more than 20 years of experience and specific expertise in international cuisine. While African and Carribean dishes are a specialty of ACE, Ama and her team are able to create a customized menu based on your palate and personal preferences. ACE has successfully catered events in Washington, DC; Baltimore, M
D; and Northern, VA. Some of these events include: weddings, funerals/repasses, birthday parties, bridal showers, brunches, and private home events for holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day).
