Our new shop at Union Market offers seven different flavors of lamb sausage, every delicious cut of Border Springs Farm lamb you could imagine, and a mouth watering selection of prepared all-lamb sandwiches, gyros, pot pies, meatballs, and more! Border Springs Farm offers the freshest naturally raised lamb and sheep, and the Virginia Agriculture Department has designated Border Springs Farm Fresh Lamb as "Virginia's Finest", a distinction we are proud of. Border Springs Farm is pleased be be Animal Welfare Approved and to have AWA perform an on-site audit each year, along with our USDA meat processor, to ensure that we uphold the highest standards in humane care for all of our farm animals. We are proud to be good stewards of the land and providing a good life and habitat for our animals. We look forward to offering our fine products at Union Market and sharing our farm with you!
