🫐 Blueberry Crumble Muffins🫐

Soft, fluffy blueberry muffins topped with a buttery crumble and bursting with juicy blueberries on a Sunday morning? YESSSSSSS🤤These blueberry crumble muffins taste just like the ones from a bakery but are so easy to make at home! Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon coffee break ☕✨Save this recipe for your next baking day!👇

🔶You’ll need (makes 6 muffins):
🔸Crumble topping:
18g unsalted butter
20g all purpose flour
15g sugar
🔸Blueberry compote topping:
80g fresh blueberries
10g sugar
5g lemon juice
🔸Muffins:
85g unsalted butter, softened
75g sugar
90g all purpose flour
3g baking powder
1.5g salt
2 eggs
15g milk

🔶You’ll do:
1️⃣ To make the crumble topping: Add all ingredients to a small bowl, mix everything with your fingertips until crumbs are formed. Refrigerate it.
2️⃣ To make the blueberry compote topping: Add all ingredients to a small saucepan, bring it to a boil then simmer for 5-8 minutes. Remove the saucepan to cool.
3️⃣ To make the muffins: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cream the butter and sugar, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix until well combined.
4️⃣ Pour the muffin batter evenly into 6 lined muffin cups, scoop and place the blueberry compote over the muffin batter, and sprinkle the crumbles on the very top. Bake at 350°F for 25-28 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.

🍜Sesame Chili Oil Ramen Noodles🌶️

Creamy, spicy, nutty, and packed with flavor! These sesame chili oil ramen noodles come together in under 10 minutes using tahini (or any sesame sauce) and a quick homemade chili oil🤤 The perfect easy lunch, weeknight dinner, or late-night noodle craving. Save this recipe for the next time you're wondering what to make with a pack of ramen 🍜✨

🔸You’ll need (makes 2 servings):
2 packs ramen noodles
2 tablespoons tahini OR sesame sauce OR sesame peanut sauce
About 1/4 cup water
1/8 cup (about 30g) cooking oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons sugar
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar OR white rice vinegar

🔸You’ll do:
1️⃣ Cook the ramen noodles per the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a small bowl, mix the tahini and the water little by little until the consistency of the tahini is runny. Set aside.
3️⃣ Add the cooking oil to a small saucepan and heat it over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes or until the oil reaches about 350°F.
4️⃣ While the oil is heating up, add the green onions, garlic, roasted sesame seeds, and chili powder in a heat-proof container. Carefully pour the hot oil over, pour the runny tahini, and stir everything in.
5️⃣ Divide the cooked ramen noodles into 2 bowls, pour the tahini chili oil into them evenly, and stir well.
6️⃣ If you have a couple more minutes, cook 2 eggs the way you like, add to the bowl, and enjoy!🍜

🍯Easy Monkey Bread with Hotdog/ Burger Buns🌭

What do you do with those leftover hot dog & burger buns after Memorial Day?👀 Turn them into this buttery, cinnamon-sugar Monkey Bread in under 30 minutes!🤤 Crispy on the outside, soft in the center, and honestly one of the easiest leftover bun recipes ever. ✨Save this super easy recipe for after your cookout weekend 🇺🇸🍔

🔸You’ll need:
2-4 (about 110-220g) hotdog or burger buns, cut into cubes
*The fewer buns you use, the gooier it gets in the center.
1 egg
80g milk
35g unsalted butter, melted
55g brown sugar
2.5g ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt, optional

🔸You’ll do:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, butter, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Pour the buns into the mixture and gently fold them in. Make sure all buns are coated with the mixture.
2️⃣ Grease a baking dish or a Bundt cake pan with unsalted butter, pour the buns and extra mixture into it, and lightly press the buns from the top. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
