Chocolate Orange Brownie Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 medium oranges, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup orange marmalade
4 ounces dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3: Add the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Step 4: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and press a few orange slices gently into the top.
Step 5: Bake for 28 to 32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Blackberry Blueberry Layer Cake
Ingredients:
2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 and 3/4 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups fresh blueberries, plus extra for topping
1 cup fresh blackberries, plus extra for topping
1/3 cup granulated sugar, for the berry compote
1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the berry compote
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
small white flowers and fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
1 gold spoon for serving
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
Step 2: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black sesame seeds together and set aside.
Step 3: Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Step 2: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar together until the mixture resembles wet sand.
