Lemon Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

2 chicken breasts
Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce
9oz fettuccine pasta
5 Tbsp butter
¼ cup flour
1.5 cup heavy cream
Cajun seasoning
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
¾ cup parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

-Once chicken is cooked to 165F, remove and set aside. To the skillet, add flour, heavy cream, lemon juice and zest, lemon pepper sauce, parmesan, salt and pepper, and pasta water. Mix well
-Mix in the fettuccine, slice up chicken, and combine all together garnished with parsley, more lemon juice, and lemon pepper sauce

🌹🍕 Mother’s Day dinner idea...

If you’re cooking for the moms in your life this weekend, this one feels extra special without being complicated. Creamy chicken alfredo, cheesy pizza, and little crispy bacon roses on top 🥹

Bacon Rose Mother’s Day Chicken Alfredo Pizza Recipe ⤵️

🧀 Ingredients:
• 1 pizza dough ball
• Alfredo sauce
• Mozzarella cheese
• Chicken breast
• Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning
• 1 lb thick cut bacon for roses
• Chives, parmesan, and bacon pieces for garnish
• Ranch for drizzle
• Love ❤️

🔥Instructions:
• Take your pizza dough out of the fridge and let it warm up for about 1 hour. Season and cook your chicken ahead of time, chop into pieces, and set aside.
• Make the bacon roses by rolling one end about 2 inches, then twist + roll until you reach the end. Secure with a toothpick and place in a small baking dish. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes, then broil on low for a couple minutes to crisp the tops.
• Roll out the dough and top with alfredo sauce, mozzarella, chicken, and bacon pieces. Bake at 550°F for 8–10 minutes in the oven, or 850°F for 3–4 minutes in a pizza oven.
• Remove the toothpicks from the bacon roses and place them on top of the pizza for the finishing touch 🌹
• Finish with chives, parmesan, and a little ranch drizzle.

This creamy chicken alfredo pizza with bacon is such a fun Mother’s Day treat. Let us know if you try it! 🍕🌹

🔥 Flat top fried rice night >>

This one’s been on repeat lately—so delicious, great for meal prep, and easy to scale when you’re cooking for a group.

Steak Fried Rice Recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️

🥩 🥦 Ingredients

* 1 lb skirt or flank steak
* Teriyaki marinade
* 2 Tbsp The Blend
* 2 cups rice
* 4 cups water
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 Tbsp butter
* Broccoli
* Peas and carrots
* 5 eggs
* Green onions

🔥 Instructions

1. Marinate the steak in teriyaki marinade + The Blend for about 2 hours.
2. While that’s going, cook the rice: add rice + water to a saucepan, bring to a boil, then lower to medium-low. Stir in butter + salt, cover (leave a small vent), and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
3. Heat up your griddle and cook the steak, flipping every couple minutes until it hits 125°F. Remove and let it rest.
4. On the griddle, add rice, broccoli, peas & carrots, and eggs with a good splash of teriyaki marinade. Toss everything together for 5–10 minutes, until the broccoli softens.
5. Slice the steak, add it back in, and finish with more marinade and green onions.

🔥 Pro Tip
Make the rice the night before and keep it in the fridge—it dries out a bit and soaks up all that sauce on the griddle. If you’re short on time, spread fresh rice on a tray and let it cool for 30–60 minutes, or pop it in the fridge uncovered to help it dry out. This helps keep the rice from getting sticky or clumpy.
