Just wanted to let everyone know that Lacey will be taking over the STG Foodie account!! You prob won’t even notice a change except that you won’t be picking up food at my house anymore 😂 I couldn’t keep up with my design work and this account but I didn’t want it to end! So I asked if anyone would be interested in taking it over and Lacey messaged me!! She will love it as much as I did and will do a fantastic job!! The thing that I have loved the most is meeting SO many amazing people and how kind everyone is!! Thanks for all those who have followed this account and supported so many awesome local businesses here in Southern Utah! I’ll continue to support and hope you so too! You’re a STG Foodie!!

If you haven’t ever been out to they have such a fun place out in La Verkin right on the edge of a basalt canyon with a gorgeous view! They have lots of great food options, bakery items and of course their fresh roasted coffee! Congrats on the win!!

The winner of our Cupcake Tasting kit was the White Chocolate Raspberry from .z.cakes !! If you had our Valentines Kit in February you may have had this cupcake before!! Must just be a fan favorite!! This cupcake also has a delicious raspberry filling inside!! Some things you said about her cupcake were… “all parts, the cake, filling and frosting were fantastic!”, “loved the tart raspberry” and “moist cake and loved how the tart raspberry filling offset the sweet frosting so it wasn’t overly sweet”! Congrats on the win .z.cakes !!

Our next kit is hitting the website!! We’re doing local cupcakes for this kit!! Usually we just put 4 in a kit but there are so many amazing bakers in town we made this kit extra large and put in 8 AMAZING local cupcakes! Each kit will have 1 of each cupcake! We’ve got a chocolate chip cinnamon, vanilla, strawberry cream, strawberry lemonade, biscoff, white chocolate raspberry, and cookie butter! I asked each baker to select their own cupcake flavor for the kit and wow this kit looks amazing!! You won’t know which one is from where so you’ll have to guess when you try them!! But our amazing bakers are .z.cakes .bykim .by.danzi



You can order your Cupcake Tasting Kit now on our website until June 5. Pickup for this kit will be late afternoon Thursday June 10th! @ St. George, Utah

Ok the votes are in!! The winner of the breadsticks and dips kit is #2 the Pasta Factory with the Alfredo dip!! Some things you said about them were “the texture and flavor were both good” “great taste and density and yummy dip” and “the sauce was awesome!”
I picked all these breadsticks up about noon so I would have time to package them, but let me tell you right out of the oven and fresh is the very best!!! Congrats on the Win!!

So I haven’t officially introduced myself on this page because I don’t really like posting things about myself! But I thought it might be nice to put a face to a name! I’m Jill Wittwer and this is my little fam! I’ve been in Southern Utah for 20 years now and my husband is a local! We have 4 great kiddos that keep us super busy with sports and all of their activities!
I started STG Foodie in January of this year and it’s been a blast! A lot more work then I realized but I’ve loved meeting all of you, finding some delicious local foods and working with the AMAZING chefs we have right here in Southern Utah! I also run my own interior design business so to say I like to be busy is an understatement!! We love being outdoors, swimming and spending time together with friends and family!
Thanks for coming along this journey with me! I’m learning as I go and any suggestions you have for me I’m all ears! I also hope you’re finding some great local foods along the way! We love supporting local and we also love eating out so this is a great combo for us! Thanks for all the support!
