Our Lent Fish Fry kicks off on Ash Wednesday this week!!!
**A FEW NOTES**
As in past years, we must put in place a few basic guidelines to keep things moving efficiently and fairly for everyone.
It’s difficult if not impossible to please everyone, but trust we will be working as hard and as fast as our hands and feet will go, without sacrificing quality.
As you probably know- we hand batter, hand bread, and fry each filet fresh at time of order. Thats just the way we do it. We could use a frozen pre-breaded filet to speed things up but we choose not to. You can get a fila o’ fish anywhere.
We operate on an “in person” first come first served basis. Meaning, come down and get in line is the method we encourage.
Unfortunately we cannot take phone and Facebook messenger orders on Lent Fish Fry days. We absolutely value your time, and as much as we would like to, when there is a line of people waiting patiently, it’s just not fair to put a phone order ahead of the line. Businesses or people looking to place a large order of 10+ fish, please call the day before to place.
Fish can be ordered standard (plain filet on a bun), no bun (filet only), or with American cheese. In order to speed things along for everyone, we are limiting toppings only during lent Fridays. We feel this will significantly cut down on wait time and potential errors during this busy time.
We are a small family business, we don’t have multiple dozens of volunteers to help with our fish fry. We will do everything possible to make you happy!
