Tom the Butcher I took this business over from my father in 2007. Since then, I have made many changes to improve t Our vacuum packing system is good to hold for 4 years.

At Tom the Butcher's, we take great pride in providing good quality products to our customers. We can guarantee that you will leave our facility with clean cuts of meat prepared just the way you ordered them. We have a fully remodeled shop with a new walk-in cooler and freezer. We are told that our jerky is the best in the area, along with our hot dogs and kielbasa. We are open 7 days per week solely to accommodate you the hunter. We guarantee that you will receive your own deer after processing, right down to the hamburger meat. All deer brought to us must be field dressed and tagged accordingly with the proper state seal. We have the facilities to handle any big game including bear, moose and elk. We hope to see you this deer season!

Due to the current weather for today, we will be closing early. The late night drop off box will be open, but we will only be here in person from 9AM until 2 PM for all pick ups. Everyone please have a good rest of your weekend and good luck this coming week for the 2026 New Jersey Bear season.

Just a friendly reminder for next week. A bears anatomy is different than a deer. Keep the thought of center/center in your head when you are shooting one. If you shoot a bear center of the body horizontally and vertically, they will only go a short distance. They have no stamina once they are mortally wounded.

Good evening everybody. Couple quick things to touch on, we will have honey stick samples tomorrow while supplies last and our new logo is available as a car/truck decal. $5 each….. I have a few more things to get made this weekend but we are more than 80% stocked for now. More calls are going out in the morning as the venison bacon makes entrance onto the menu. Appreciate the patience.
