🍷 UNCORKED: YOU ASK. WE ANSWER. 🍷

We’re launching something new at Mingo Creek Cellars UNCORKED, our monthly video where we answer YOUR questions!

And we need your help with our first episode.

Ever wanted to ask the w**emaker something?

🍇 How is w**e actually made?
🍷 What’s happening inside those tanks and barrels?
🏚️ How did Mingo Creek Cellars get started?
🐋 Where do our w**e names and stories come from?
💼 What do I do when I’m not making w**e?

Some of you may have caught me on the local news recently. Outside of the w**ery, I’ve spent my career in cybersecurity, and the local networks regularly reach out when they need an expert to help explain what’s happening in the cyber world.

Nothing is really off limits, so ask away!

We created a quick Google Form where you can submit one question or several. You can ask about w**e, w**emaking, owning a w**ery, starting a business, cybersecurity, balancing two careers, or anything else you’ve been curious about.

👇 Submit your questions here:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScI9reFHhCYPJupvCP96noN_k1RN92CmO88z0YZkT1tU6ACag/viewform

We’ll choose questions from your submissions and answer them in our first UNCORKED video!

🍷 You bring the questions. We’ll uncork the answers.

Ask any question!

🔥 THURSDAY NIGHT REBELLION IS HERE! 🍷

Starting THIS THURSDAY, we’re shaking up Thursday nights at Mingo Creek Cellars.

⏰ Thursday Hours: 5–9 PM**

And every Thursday comes with a little rebellion…

🤫 THE SECRET POUR SERIES

Every Thursday, we’ll feature ONE Secret Pour available that night only. You won’t know what it is until you get here.

It could be…

🍷 An unreleased w**e straight from the bottle
🛢️ A sneak peek of a w**e aging in the barrel or tank
🍹 A secret cocktail we dreamed up
🍇 Or something completely unexpected

Once Thursday night is over, the Secret Pour disappears.

But that’s not all. Thursday Night Rebellion will also feature live music, trivia nights, and other special events throughout the season.

🎶 Coming Thursday, October 15 | 6–9 PM
Craig Veltri & Megan Pennington take over Mingo Creek Cellars for a special **duo performance!

No rules. No spoilers. Just good w**e, good music, and a little rebellion.

🍷 Thursday Night Rebellion
⏰ Thursdays | 5–9 PM (This Thursday is 4-9 PM)

🚨 LAST-MINUTE FOOD TRUCK NEEDED TODAY! 🚨

Well… we unexpectedly have an opening for a food truck TODAY at Mingo Creek Cellars! 🍷🚚

The food truck scheduled for today unfortunately decided to go elsewhere without letting us know, and we’re still waiting on that message. 😬

So, if you own a food truck and want to spend the afternoon with us, we’d love to have you! We have live music with Jon Fish from 1–4 PM, w**e flowing, and customers who are going to be looking for something delicious to eat!

Know a food truck that might be available? TAG THEM! 👇

Food truck owners, message us ASAP if you’re interested. First one available, the spot is yours! 🍷🎶🚚

And don’t worry, we’ve got our guests covered! ❤️ If we aren’t able to find a food truck on such short notice, we’ll have pizza delivered and it’ll be complimentary, on us, for the unexpected snag with today’s food truck.

Either way, come hungry, grab a glass of w**e, and enjoy some live music with us! 🍷🍕🎶
