At 94 years old, Uncle Ken is still farming and gardening- but there's only so much he can eat himself! Throughout the season, Ken sends excess produce home with his Niece Susanne to sell on her driveway in Washington as well as donate to local retirement homes. Tomatoes, watermelons, butternut squash, and more- depending on the weather of course :) His 36 # bags of squirrel corn (huge ears too) a

re only $10. He also helps his 91 year old girlfriend Shirley, by picking her squash and selling it to help her out. Isn't that the cutest?!!!

Mother Nature was a little mean to us Saturday night... one of our corn fields 🌽was damaged by the high winds and hail, and another storm coming Wednesday. 🙏🏻 praying the weather calms down by Wednesday! 🧑🏼‍🌾

Want to help keep our wildlife fat and happy? 😁 Buy our squirrel corn picked straight from our fields. 👨‍🌾🐿 We’ve got plenty of 36 # bags for $10 each with nice big ears. Can pick up at my house at 1512 Kingsbury Rd or I can deliver in town (Washington). (And it’s a super deal compared to local stores- and you’d be supporting a farmer!)
