* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
* Must provide dependable, quality workmanship and take pride in maintaining equipment properly.
**What Makes This Position Different**
This is an **in-house fleet position**. You will not be working on customer equipment, dealing with retail customers, selling repairs, or working under a dealership flat-rate system.
Your job is straightforward: **keep our equipment maintained, safe, reliable, and working.**
Because the equipment belongs to us, we value preventive maintenance and fixing problems correctly—not simply getting equipment out the door as quickly as possible.
Our company operates a variety of equipment, including:
* Kenworth and other Class 8 trucks
* Caterpillar and Cummins-powered equipment
* Livestock and heavy-duty trailers
* Farm tractors and agricultural equipment
* Excavators and construction equipment
* Service trucks
* Pickups and light-duty vehicles
* Hydraulic equipment and attachments
* Other company-owned support equipment
We are looking for someone who can be handed a problem and **figure it out**.
The right technician will take ownership of the company's equipment, notice problems before they become major failures, communicate what needs attention, and take pride in sending equipment back to work repaired correctly.
This is an excellent position for an experienced technician who enjoys working on a variety of equipment and wants to get away from dealership or customer-based repair work.
