🎂 A Little Something From My Heart 🤍

Being a mom has taught me that some of the smallest things can mean so much to a child. A birthday cake may seem like just a cake to some people, but to a little one, it’s part of a day they’ll remember. It’s something that makes them feel special, loved, and celebrated. 🤍

I also know that life can be hard. There are parents who are doing absolutely everything they can for their children, but sometimes there simply isn’t enough left over for things like a birthday cake. And I never want a parent to feel like they’ve failed their child because they couldn’t afford one.
That’s why I’ve decided that a portion of what I make from every single order will be put aside to help make birthday cakes for children whose families are struggling. 🎂

✨ I will be offering a FREE birthday cake to children under the age of 15 whose parents or guardians are unable to afford one due to financial hardship. ✨
Giving back has always been something that is very important to me. I may be running a small business, but I truly believe that when you have the ability to help someone, even in a small way, you should. I want Elyse’s Sweet Treats to be about more than just selling cakes and treats. I want it to be something that brings a little happiness to people and gives back to the community that supports me.
My daughter is the reason behind so much of what I do, and honestly, she is a huge part of why this means so much to me. I know how much I want to make her birthdays special, and every child deserves that same feeling. 🥹🤍

So if you’re a parent who is struggling and you’re worried about being able to give your child a birthday cake this year, please don't be embarrassed to reach out. There will be absolutely no judgment from me. You can message the page privately, and we can talk about it.

I can’t promise that I’ll be able to help every single person who reaches out, because this will depend on the funds available, but I promise that I will do my best to help as many children as I possibly can. 🤍
And to everyone who orders from me, shares my posts, recommends me to your friends, or supports my little business in any way — you are helping make this possible, too. 🥹

Every order won’t just help me grow my dream. A little piece of it will go toward helping another child have a birthday they deserve. 🎂✨

✨ Meet the Face Behind the Page ✨

Hi everyone! I’ve recently gained some new followers, so I figured it was time to introduce myself! 🤎

I’m Ruby, the face behind Elyse’s Sweet Treats! 🧁✨ And I know you’re probably wondering where “Elyse” comes in. Well, I named my small business after my daughter—Elyse is her middle name. She is the biggest influence, inspiration, and most important part of my life. Everything I do is for her, so I couldn’t think of a sweeter way to honor her. 💕

A little about me: I’m a young mom, I work full-time as a CNA, and I’m currently in school working toward my RN, BSN with hopes of becoming a labor & delivery nurse. Outside of work and school, I love being outdoors, taking my daughter on new adventures, learning new things, and, of course, baking! 🎂🍓

I started this little business as a way to learn, challenge myself, let my creativity run wild, and create something that was truly mine. But more than anything, I want to show my daughter that you can build a life around something you love, even if it starts as a small dream. 🥹🤎

From chocolate-covered strawberries and sweet treats to cakes, cupcakes, and everything in between, I’m constantly learning, growing, and creating new ways to make your sweet moments—or maybe just a much needed treat—even sweeter! ✨

I also want to take a moment to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, and everyone I’ll meet as this little business continues to grow.
