A Lil Bit of Farm Hi we are the Peterson family we live in the Houston/big lake area of Alaska! Follow along as we grow our mini farm!

For 2026 we will be offering quail eggs and potentially adults! 2027 we will start growing veggies/fruits.

At this time we are done offering eggs to the public. Our girls are starting to slow down on laying eggs and we won’t be supplying extra light for them this winter. They deserve a break also. See yall in the spring!

We adore our birds, we had quail about 8-10 years ago. We did things differently, then what we are doing now. We “spoil” our birds, they get fresh greens, meal worms, seeds, fresh fruits/veggies several times a week. Happy birds lay good eggs 💞
